At Lineage, we guide you to do the right thing by the people you love now, and will be there for you and them when you cannot be.
Whether you have a lot of money or a little, keeping you out of court and out of conflict is our job. We make estate planning easy and effective, and we keep it as affordable as possible.
We guide you to leave a true legacy.
With our unique planning model, we help you confidently make legal decisions so you know you have a plan to keep your loved ones out of unnecessary court and conflict. We customize your planning based on your current stage in life with an eye to the future as well. Our clients rest well at night knowing that their loved ones are taken care of and that their family will know just what to do as they age as well as if a need arises in the meantime.
Business Creation and Transactions
We help you create a business with an eye toward protecting the business’ assets and yours, and provide counsel for the ongoing needs of your business throughout its life cycle. Our clients can have the peace of mind that they are handling their business’ organization and operations in a way that minimizes exposure to unnecessary court and conflict.
Asset Protection Planning
We help you keep everything you have created and earned safe from creditors and other threats to your security, for your family now and for many generations into the future.
We help parents plan for children with special needs by building a fortress of protection around them that will last a lifetime, because they will need you and your support much longer than others.
HOW YOU HIRE US
The first step is to schedule a 15-minute complimentary consultation with the attorney so we can discuss your situation as well as our process and fees to determine if it is a good fit. At the end of that consultation, if it makes sense to both you and the attorney, we can schedule the next steps to move forward.
WHAT WE PROTECT
We create plans that protect not just your assets, but also your values, insights, and experiences – your true legacy. We understand that when you are gone, your loved ones will miss you. Traditional estate planning doesn’t take into account human emotions and the grieving process that your closest loved ones will experience. We want to make sure they have something to remember you by that doesn’t break or get spent. Our unique planning process will accomplish this for you and more!
HOW WE PLAN
Proper estate planning is not one-size-fits-all. We do not believe in cookie-cutter plans, because they don’t take into account your particular circumstances. Our planning process begins with educating you so you are aware of the estate planning problems that can affect you and your loved ones based on your particular situation. You may be concerned about everything we discuss or something less than that, and we will only recommend plans that accomplish your goals and solve the problems that you want solved. We then customize your planning so that regardless of how big or small your estate is, you can have peace of mind knowing that your plan is exactly what you need and want.
WHAT YOU SEE
You will know exactly what each step is, what you are paying for, and when throughout our entire relationship. There are no gimmicks and no “oh…by the way(s).” You see, we don’t want clients that don’t like us! Our fixed fees prevent you from getting stuck with unexpected bills, and our clients love that about us!
HOW WE DELIVER
We make the process easy for you so that you can mitigate the biggest risk in estate planning…procrastination! We do this by making it easy for you to make decisions, and ensuring you are aware of each step in the process as well as the timing for each step, so you are never left wondering…when is my lawyer going to get this taken care of for me!
WHAT YOU CAN TRUST
We do not provide cookie-cutter solutions, because we want to create plans that work the way our clients want and need. We also know that one of the biggest reasons that plans fail is that they are not reviewed and maintained. The good news is that we have strict policies and procedures in place to help ensure that you and your loved ones don’t become yet another casualty of a failed plan. We review all of this with you in the beginning of our relationship and remind you throughout.
