Hello, and welcome to our website! I don’t want to take up too much of your time, so I will keep this short and sweet.

What I know is that your legacy is about more than just a collection of documents. I also know that regardless of the size of your estate, you have people in your life who love you dearly. As your trusted attorney, I help you make the best legal decisions for your family.

Our client process will ensure that we are protecting your wishes and hard-earned life’s work as well as your legacy – your values, insights, experiences, and relationships. We don’t want to just create valid legal documents…we want to create plans that work the way you want them to and when you need them to most. Joseph Furnari Jr.

Attorney Joseph Furnari Jr. launched his practice in 2017, drawing on his early lessons in entrepreneurship from growing up in Trumbull, CT. His parents, Joe and Isa, have owned and operated Moda Capelli Salon in Fairfield, CT for over 40 years. This is where Joseph saw firsthand what it takes to run a successful small business.

After earning his degree from Endicott College in 2006, Joseph decided to pursue law, attending New England Law – Boston while working full-time in hospitality, sales, and legal clerkships. He graduated in 2011, passed the bar exams in both Connecticut and Massachusetts, and started his legal career at a boutique business law firm in Boston, specializing in civil litigation, commercial real estate, and business law.

By 2014, Joseph returned to Connecticut, expanding his practice into residential real estate and estate planning, while continuing to serve clients in the Greater Boston Area. This time included meeting and working with lineage co-founder, Attorney John Massih. Joseph now lives in Bridgeport with his growing family. Outside of work, he’s a dedicated father and uncle, a passionate sports fan, and enjoys hitting the golf course—though he’s still perfecting his swing.
